I specialise in helping growth-stage and PE-backed technology businesses build focused, high-performing partner ecosystems. My work typically sits at the intersection of channel strategy, commercial operating model, enterprise sales execution and partner-led GTM transformation.

I have led partnerships across European markets, working with strategic resellers, systems integrators, telcos, CX specialists and technology alliances. I’m particularly interested in businesses where there is already a strong product and customer base, but a need to scale more systematically through partners, alliances and repeatable GTM motions.
